Responsible Development

We should look closely at how our community develops. We should always seek community feedback and balance the needs of the community and Fayetteville as a whole. We should prioritize development that enhances quality of life and respects our Ozark landscape.

Attainable Housing

I’m FOR ideas that promote attainable housing for citizens across the economic spectrum. Diversity in housing creates a strong cohesive community and creates opportunities for everyone to achieve the “American Dream.”

Local Police & Fire Department

Local Police and Fire keep our citizens safe. We need to ensure our Police and Fire departments are best in class for our best-in-class city. Keeping Fayetteville safe is a top priority.

Economic Vitality

I’m FOR promoting economic activity in the city. Ample job opportunities will allow citizens to work, play, and live in our town. I believe an increase in good paying jobs will lead to enhanced quality of life for Ward 3. Fayetteville should be “Open for Business” and I want businesses to WANT to be here.

Infrastructure

I will work to ensure our infrastructure meets the needs of our community. As we continue to grow it is vitally important that our roads, sidewalks, and pipes aren’t outpaced by the growth. We should look closely at opportunities for increased walkability and water & sewer upgrades.
